About
I'm a psychology graduate finishing my MS in Clinical Psychology at SZABIST University, Islamabad. I work where people and AI meet: I write and test the prompts behind AI assistants, rate the answers they give, and flag the ones that are wrong, unclear or unkind.
At Sitey (app.sitey.pk) I wrote and fixed the prompts the app uses to answer its users, tested its AI responses, and reported user-experience problems so they could be fixed. My psychology training (assessment, psychopathology, crisis intervention) means I read an AI answer the way a real person will, especially when the topic is sensitive.
I'm a published researcher (as Muskan Rasheed), I work in Urdu, English and Punjabi, and I'm open to remote work in AI training, LLM evaluation and Urdu language projects. Here's what an AI trainer does.
What I do for AI teams
AI response evaluation
Rating and ranking chatbot answers for accuracy, instruction-following, clarity, tone and safety, and writing short, specific reasons for each judgement.
Prompt writing and testing
Writing prompts, trying them against real user questions, and rewriting them until the answers are right. Done on a live product (Sitey).
Urdu and Punjabi language work
Writing and reviewing Urdu content, checking how naturally AI writes in Urdu, and Urdu or Punjabi transcription and translation review.
Psychology and mental-health review
Checking sensitive answers (stress, trauma, crisis, wellbeing) for harm and empathy, using training in clinical psychology, psychopathology and crisis intervention.
The rubric I use: how to evaluate AI responses.
